The former owner of this mansion that is said to be haunted is the inventor of barbed wire.

In 2004, a 19-year-old man named Steven Jenkins was fatally shot during a party in the home and in 2007, a John Wilkes Booth impersonator named Seth Magosky suddenly dropped dead at the age of 39 only six months after buying the fated property.

This is the dark history of the mini Mansion built in 1882 in Chicago and currently for sale at only  159.000 inclusive the spirits of children haunting its empty rooms. Especially the doll room on the third floor is supposed to be haunted. Some report to have heard voices and some felt fingers touching their hair.

The home is surrounded by a well kept garden. the house is in need of renovation. It has 4.960 square feet of living space on  three floors. There are 5 bedrooms in total. The house is priced so low, because the entire house needs extensive renovation.
