upper floor :   independent , little apartment  with private entrance  and portico next to the rooms .

From the outside the villa partly has very nice stone work .  Under the covered patio is a spacious barbeque area completely equipped with  oven, sink,  stoves, mini-refrigerator, fountain, lavatory and deposit for firewood.

The property is completely fenced and it is accessible from two private entries:  a principal gate with electronic opening that directs toward two places auto covered and a secondary gate for the agricultural means.
