Add an interesting article to our article section and you can promote your glo-con listing for free by adding a link to your listing at the bottom of the article .

If your article is about the area or town where your property is located , your listing will be one of the featured listings that you see on top and bottom of the article page . Check this link and see what I mean : http://www.glo-con.com/article.php?article_no=919

Note - you are allowed to place a link to your glo-con-site and to your homepage + your email adress on the bottom of each article . This means 2 new links that point to your site for free ! Smile

You can post as many articles as you like but ofcourse human editors will read them before publishing . So please no advertising or unedequate articles Exclamation

I have not been able to see how Glo-con works or how you charge, and would apprecite a little guidance. It appears you post an ad without contact info and an email form. Are you free?

Also, is it possible to link to a real-estate site from here?

Hi My_Atenas and welcome to our Forum !

If you want to advertise on http://www.glo-con.com you have to sign up and open y member account , then you can log into your private member area with your email adress and your password .
In your admin click on " add new property " , this will take you to a form , where you can fill in a detailed description and a title + you can upload as many pics a s you like .
You can ad your contact details and also a link to your website . Make sure to put the full URL beginning with http://....

At this point it is not necessary to add your email adress anymore , as you have done that already when you registered .

Once you are done , don´t forget to click the "submit " button in order to save your ad and you also have to click " publish this " if you want you ad to go online .

If you have done this all correct ynd you go back to http://www.glo-con.com your listing will be on the homepage and you will see it there until another 8 more listings get listed , then your listing will move into the directory , which means it can be found by using the "search" function on the main site or by category . If you have a villa to sell on Rhodos ( for example ) then one could find it on our site by clicking on " for sale - Greece - Rhodos ... or by using keywords in the search engine : Greece , Rhodos , villa in Greece ecc .

Sometimes people complain that they are getting few visitors , mostly the reason is that they have either a good and significant title nor a description with keywords . If the word " villa " does not appear in your ad , how would you expect a search engine to find your house , when a visitor searches for the trem " villa" . So make sure all of the keywords which you think are important for your listing , appear in the description and title .

Each Glo-Con ad is a little , indipendent website and gets indexed by all big search engine . For this reason it is very important that you take your time to write a good title and a detailed description , because also google or other search engines index your ad according to the keywords their robot finds .

If a visitor finds your ad and wants to ask you some questions , he can also email you by using the " contact owner form " . There is a space to write a message to the seller and he can add his contact details . When the visitor hits the "submit" button the message will directly arrive in your email post . We do not show the email adresses of our users on the website , as otherwise you would get lots of spam and your email adress could be collected and sold .

The first month is free to adverise on our site , then you can choose among many services . We offer the flat rate at 6 Euros + Vat / month , or a service called " pay fo contact" or you can order Impressions and your listing will be featured 6000 times in one of the 2 big windows on our homepage . This service costs only 36 Euros + Vat and gives your ad a high visibility .The more impressions you order , the less they cost and you can use them for 1 or more listings , so if you have 10 listings on our site and buy Impression , you can activate the service for all of your ads .

For real estate professionals we offer the Super Flat Service and for a flat rate of 30 Euros / monthly you can list as many ads as you like ( unlimited ) If you list for example 100 ads , each ad will cost you only 3 Euro Cents / month Very Happy

I have tried multiple times to place an ad, but at the submit I an sent to a 404. Since I came directly here, I know the site is down. So is there something that I may have done wrong to merit rejection?
