The project is dedicated to creating an attractive environment for the investor and at the same time helping to restore the Rain Forest. Our project is located in the Castanho – Carreiro municipality, two ours from Manaus, capital of the Brazilian Amazon, driving the Trans Amazonian Road and than by boat in the Paraná of Mamorí basin.

Most investors in the project buy a 1.24 acre parcel (we sell parcels of 5,000 square meters or 1.24 Acres or more). The price of the land is USD 3,300 including the Title on your name to your land. The lots are ready to plant and an extra investment of USD 1,500 is needed in order to acquire 225 plants of Guanandí, 225 plants of Teack and 50 Mahogany plants and/or USD 1300 to buy 500 trees of Teak. To maintain you plantation the fee is 30 of the final revenue (also in case you sell your lot) or only USD 250 per year, as you prefer.
In each 1/2 hectare lot we are planting 500 trees:

1. Mixture Premium (Best Buy) 45 Calophyllum brazilensis (Guanandí - Santa Maria), Teak 45 of Teak (Tectona grandis) and 10 of Swietenia macrophylla (Mahogany).

2. Calophyllum brazilensis (Guanandí).

3.Teak (Tectona grandis). Teak demands a tropical climate.
