The industrial park is offered for rent or sale as a whole or its individual parts. It is found in a very strategic location near the city Lovosice which is very close to the highway to Prague (cca 35 min.) and German border (cca 20 min.). It was built in 1961 and since the beginning it has been served as a poultry farm (till 2010). The farm which is completly fenced covers the area of 10 000 m2 of the halls and the land of about 4 ha. It consists of six halls and one office building which is divided into five offices, kitchen, bathroom and two changing rooms. The facilities of the park include an electric transformer, water-service pipe with two taknks of 40 m3 each and intermediate pressure gas pipe.
Also, this industrial park posses a valid certification IPPC which entitles the owner to run animal production.
