A beautiful 42 acres tropical island with coconut palm trees, shrubs and other native plants and trees. There is a white soft sandy beach all around the island.
A large 200 acre shallow turquoise lagoon with crystalline waters encircles the island. The lagoon is fully encircled by a healthy house reef,  which protects the lagoon and the island from heavy weather.
The lagoon has a soft sandy bottom with patches of healthy corals. And there are many excellent dive sites near the house reef.
There is a brand new 5 bed / 5 bath bungalow that easily accommodates 10 people. The way the bungalow is constructed ensures a constant enjoyable temperature inside.
Further away from the bungalow in the middle of the island there are staff quarters accommodating at least 20 people. The staff quarters houses 5 individual bedrooms with each a bathroom and there is also a large dormitory with several toilets and showers. There is also a basic kitchen and canteen, an office and a classroom / TV room and a laundry room.
Furthermore there is an installation that produces biological fruits and vegetables on the island and provides the owner and personnel with fresh food. If the owners wishes he can make a business out of it and sell the production at premium prices to the nearby resorts.
At the other side of the island there is a large power room with two brand new big generators and there are also two small generators and a desalination plant for making fresh water.
There is also a barrack for materials, tools and equipment.
There is a small boat with an outboard motor.
