The comfortable large Cottage is set among: producing coconut palms, banana, eucalyptus, a variety of citrus fruits, papaya, mango and passion fruit, plus a variety of ornamental tropical plants.
Main House; Two sizeable ensuite bedrooms (25sqmts each) one with walk in wardrobe, the 2nd has floor to ceiling wardrobe ,both bathrooms with sanitary shower and gas heated main shower. Lounge-dining area 180sqmts with large fireplace, recessed bar and guest bathroom.
Floors are slate stone, cherry wood panel ceilings, ceiling fans and Air conditioning in Master bedroom.   Good size kitchen with ample storage cabinets and snack area. Rear covered patio area of 80m2 with outdoor bar-b-q pit.
Guest house: Unfurnished, bedroom lounge and spacious kitchen.  
Garage: Four to six vehicle space and work bench, annexes to laundry area, tool shop and office.
Swimming pool: Tiled and decked with stone 90,000 litres capacity, 10X5 metres + pump house. Pool is landscaped by lawn and tropical fauna.
Electricity is 110v with points for 220v (marked in red). Water is from a closed well with storage tank of 10.000lts.
The house comes fully equipped with: fridge/freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, microwave, oven with grill, toaster oven, water filter, 3 TVs connected to Sky satellite. 2 double (one King) size beds, 1 sofa bed, all linens crockery and utensils. Free access to fruit etc. for personal consumption. ).      +    Fred & Khan - Labradors…………………….. (unless inconvenient).
RENTAL: minimum 6 months 1.500 Pounds per month or monthly rate of 2.000 pounds. INCLUDES:  taxes, grounds upkeep and HD satellite TV + 2 extensions (includes BBC & CNN) EXCLUDES: Gas, Electricity, pool and house upkeep.
INTERNET:  Via Modem.
DEPOSIT: 500 Pounds refundable. It is hoped that guests feel at home and  treat the property accordingly, with respect and care accepting responsibility for any accidental damage or breakage caused.
