Connections to and from the city centre are guaranteed by tram (the nearest stop is 50 mt. away) and by metro (300 mt. away from the house). Within easy walking distance there is the big park of Karlovo náměstí.
A preliminary permit issued by local authorities allows for a further enlargement of the built-area up to 3.800sq.m.
The local planning regulations do not allow the reconversion of the whole building into hotel, but it's possible to change the destination of use into hospitality facility for the 50 of the building, while the outstanding 50 must remain residential.
All the lease agreements in place can be easily discontinued (with 3-month notice for the commercial premises and via direct arrangements with the respective tenants for the apartaments).
