Unique “Batak “ house with beautiful ocean view.

The whole construction is made out of tropical
wood, Merbau/Borneo Teak (floor), Mahogany
(walls) and built on very solid ground. The roof
is out of palm hair (woodfiber).

The house was prefabricated in Java and pieced
together in Corn Island . It is one of three existing
“Batak” houses outside of Java and includes a living
space of 100m2, an open living/dining/kitchen, 2 bedrooms ,
(3,5x5m  and 2,5x3m) one with A/C, 1 toiled/shower
and store room, 12 windows, 4 closets, gaz fridge , ofen etc.

With the refreshing ocean breeze and the excellent view
over the blue crystal Caribbean Sea, this location is one of
the best on the island. Water and electricity are installed, tv,
phone, internet are available.

Located in Little Hill, Big/Great Corn Island.
