This gorgeous property strategically located between Cartagena and Barranquilla, on the Via al Mar Highway (just 8 Miles from Cartagena), has almost a Mile long waterfront with a spectacular beach on Ensenada del Gato (Cat Cove), which is more than 5 Miles in extension. Due to its location and natural landscape, this 2102 Acre property (8.5 million square meters), is ideal to be developed as a whole. Its pristine waters and clean beach allow a limitless use for tourism. It also has two natural waterways that run to the sea and allow the construction of marinas in the premises.
